About John Palacio

John Palacio (JP) began as a child actor in L.A., appearing in film, television, theater and commercials through college. After graduating from UCLA he began a career behind the scenes, first in local news, and then as a producer at Good Morning America. After leaving network television, he began producing unscripted specials and producing directing for non-profits, garnering several Emmy nominations, a Peabody, a Gracie & a New York Press award.

JP rekindled his acting passions, both in theater and on-screen. On the stage he has been nominated for Best Actor twice by Broadway World and the OnStage Theater awards for his roles as Fagin and Frederick Frankenstein in the musical “Young Frankenstein.” Credit highlights include the Netflix series “You,” the ESPN series “Bettor Days” and the films “The Saint of the Impossible” and “The Crown Prince of Christmas.”

JP studies with the Howard Meyer acting program and the Actors Axiom Group.
